The property is built on a swamp - I was told by the front desk staff. After a rain the room smell like mold / is musty. Not sure if that is a “Buffalo” think or a hotel thing. The front staff were nice.

Hotel was perfect for my daughter’s softball team. Nice rooms, good size pool and hot tub area, patio area outside, overall nice area around the hotel, located close to the field. Would stay again!

Was charged for days I didn't stay, Left reservation early even though we let them know ahead of time. Also had paid for the trip insurance figuring our reservation may change over the week. No receipt provided and just charges on the card. Receipt was asked for but could not be provided by front desk, they told us it was due to checking out early.
