Service was excellent, hotel was clean, Hotel looks lije it is in process of having work done, hopefully updating but there was stuff stacked outside main entrance and inside lobby, it was taped off for safety, but it did make hotel look cluttered.

Employees were friendly and helpful but the room was below average. Did not have a comfortable chair, refrigerator was not very cold, mattress not comfortable, turned down sheet to find a live bug crawling around. Elevator was loud with a vibration that was unsettling. Would not recommend staying here.

This Hampton needs an remodel. Our room was dirty. The food was for breakfast was terrible. The juice machine was broken and the eggs and sausage was cold and watery. The staff was very friendly!

The card reader was not working for three days. Everytime i needed to go to my room i had to inform the front desk for access my room.The young lady's at the from.desk were very pleasant.
