Room looks clean but smelled weird. A lot of people from everywhere, family friendly, a lot of events and activities for kids . kids love the place .. not too quiet.. online room upgrade $75 at hotel front desk $100 . All stuff was nice except for the ladies on the cafeteria “take and go”on the main floor. Coffe was not strong.. it tastes like water.. you better buying it at the buffet.

Her recognition from my previous visit truly set the tone for an enjoyable stay and highlights the exceptional hospitality service provided. Furthermore, the staff at the food court were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the lifeguards were equally commendable. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I have had the pleasure of visiting many resorts, but Kartrite Resort remains my favorite. The consistent excellence in service and dedication to guest satisfaction is unparalleled. Thank you to all the amazing staff for exceeding our expectations and making our stay memorable.
