Was able to get an early check-in and start the fun at the water park. Room was really nice, booked the two bedroom balcony suite. Got an upgrade to the courtyard view. Seen poor reviews about food and service, but we enjoyed our meals and had no issue with service. Stayed on a Saturday night, so main "complaints" are that most restaurants only opened after 4pm, some areas of the water park were temporarily closed, and even though we had access to the water park on our check out date, the water park opens right at check out time which wouldn't have given us a chance to shower in our afterwards. Wish the water park opened earlier so we could've enjoyed it for a bit before checking out. All in all, it was a good stay and will definitely be back.

Unfortunately we will never go back and advise other families to stay clear. They have cockroaches in the rooms (yes more then one roach) we brought it to front desk they did absolutely nothing. So at 10pm I’m not looking to argue I packed my kids up and home we went because no way no how am I having cockroaches crawling on my kids or their things. This is a huge issue. Not only does this mean this place is dirty but it’s seriously not cleaned properly at all. Now let’s talk about front desk help. ZERO Mel and Gloria stared at me like I was crazy for being so upset and against zero help they all walked away told me mangers aren’t in until noon. No refund because I booked through Expedia. Totally fine I’ll call Expedia but the lack of care and concern is crazy. I will NEVER return and we are local residents. BEWARE

Avoid at all costs.
Horribly understaffed, all employees have all been hired within the last 2 weeks. Food service in all restaurants was 45min wait from ordering. Nancy is quite rude. Portions of waterpark would close down unexpectedly for 3-4 hours. Our room had no comforters or blankets. When requesting a refresh for our room we were told ok, then it’ll be 30.00, we agin said ok, but it never happened. The Santa Claus for pictures smelled of alcohol and had a fake beard. After all the complaints and bad service when I requested discounts for poor service in written form to the manager, I have yet to hear a response. This place should be forced out of business. Our 8!yer olds birthday was ruined.

Slightly dissatisfied
Newer facility and rooms, plenty of activities to keep kids busy age 2-16. The service we received from all of the food attendants was definitely sub-par, they’re surely overwhelmed by the volume of guests. Food availability was not the best either 4 different places to eat yet the operating hours were very scattered. We experienced a cleanliness issue with our bed on the first night, it appeared the sheets had not been changed and someone wet the bed prior. This was very disappointing and we brought it to the housekeepings attention, they did change the bed linings but it was still nasty to think about. Other than that we had a good time with the activities not just the waterpark, and will most likely give this resort another try in the future.

The room was nice and clean. There was curtesy coffee but no curtesy water for the coffee. The water park was half serviced. 3 rides were closed, unable to do zip line because it was closed, rock climbing was closed. The restaurant for dinner took over one hour to receive the food, staff were very inattentive. On top of waiting for an hour for food we didn’t get any utensils and took a long time to get someone’s attention to ask for some. Everything should have been cheaper for not having everything up and running for whatever reason they have.
