A basic hotel that served its purpose. The issue was the air conditioning. It was always either too hot or too cold. When the AC was running, it triggered coughing fits. As soon as it turned off the room got too hot. Understandably, because it’s near the airport, I couldn’t open the windows. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Due to some of the issues upon arrival with the restaurant and staff, we were offered complimentary breakfast. The “breakfast” consists of juice boxes, cereal and packaged foods. You can make yourself a toast for a hot breakfast. The restaurant bar doesn’t open until 630 pm and the one cook didn’t show up on time to prepare food. We were referred to the hotel across the street to eat during the day and it’s very expensive. When the cook did arrive the food was beyond terrible for basic bar food. The pizza and chicken wings were inedible and we ordered it for our room so ended up in garbage. There is one small bottle of water (hotel advertises complimentary bottled water). On day 2, the cleaning staff made only one of the two beds and arrived at my door at 10 am on checkout day and told me to be out by 1030 am. Checkout is at noon! There were large dirty stains on the carpet in my room as well. Terrible experience overall.

Stayed here for the close proximity to the shuttle for Royal Montreal Golf Course. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Stopped in for a late night snack after a day out and the chicken wings were excellent. Because of the location there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area if you don’t have a vehicle.
