Had a pleasant stay at Auberge Manoir Ville Marie! The staff was very polite and helpful and the property was very clean. They also had a continental breakfast included in the package. The bedding and furnishing was a bit dated but the overall value for money was great!

Staff was remarkable. Location is a short walk from good food. The building is old, and light came in from under the door, was stuffy so we opened the window. Then the door was not tight in the jam so the win pushed the door back and forth making a knocking sound until I wet a towel and stuffed it in the crack stopping the door from moving and preventing the light from seeping in.

1. Water was leaking from ceiling into the bed. We had a very bad experience knowing that unknown water source is leaking from top into us while sleeping. 2. Room was very noisy and neighbours were very loud

The room service was terrible. They did not clean the room properly we had used old toilet paper. They didnt bring clean towels the bed sheets were dirty and not clean the breakfast was not good . The microwave didnt work and the staff was rude.

The room was dirty. We found some hairs in bath tub and even towels were smelling. Apart from that, the floor and wardrobe were not cleaned. we also found 2-3 flies and one small insect in room.

Room was clean and spacious. Can be noisy from road and corridor depending on location of the room, mine was directly facing road. There is a air con unit that keeps coming on but there are no controls for it to adjust/turn off so noise can interrupt sleep. Continental breakfast was fine. Location is quite far from downtown which is reflected in lower cost of hotel. Completed online checkin as advised in email but did have to do the checkin again at reception so slightly annoying.
