This affordable hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto has super clean, comfortable rooms and beds. We were very pleased with the value we got from it. My only quibble is that their gym should have free weights, which would make the exercise options -- for very little investment -- that much better.

Not worth the money
The property itself was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for going to see a show at MTELUS. The service was friendly but unfortunately an error was made. At check in, they assigned us a room that was already occupied. This obviously could have turned into a disaster. Luckily nobody was in the room when we entered. They immediately admitted to the mistake, apologized and assigned us to a different room. We still feel uncomfortable with what happened, and considering I paid $400 (!!!!!!) for this one night stay, I'll say that staying at this hotel is not worth the money.

It is convenient to the venue the next block down. Room was in need of minor repairs, but otherwise clean. The outside noise kept me awake so we left early to get an earlier start to our travels.

The decor of the property was drab and next to a vacant plot which didn't help its appeal. The room was as expected and the coffee machine in the lobby was good. Location is pretty good for a leisure trip to Montreal as most areas are walkable from there although there are a lot of rough sleepers in the downtown area
