Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel based on all the glowing reviews but was very disappointed. When I walked into the room the first night, the room smelled like raw sewage and the security latch on the door was broken. It was late so I didn’t call the front desk. The next morning, I told the concierge that the room smelled like sewage and the security latch was broken. He said he’d send someone up to check on the room and see if he can give me another room if he’s not fully booked after 12 noon. He said if they couldn’t resolve the issue, he’d send me to another hotel. He added that we were on a very safe neighborhood. I did not feel all that safe. I spent the entire day exploring the city. He never called. By the time I went back to the hotel, the concierge was gone. They do not have someone at a front desk 24/7 (which is fine) but beware. So I had to sleep in that same room with the sewage smell. In my opinion, this hotel is not worth the price. It’s a 2-star hotel at best.

Super cool and high tech hotel. It's amazing to see what exists to make homes and stays smarter for their user. The programmed lights and the automated curtains are the best thing in the room. You have to be very comfortable with the people on your room, the frosted glass is not as opaque as I thought. The room and the hotel are very minimalistic, but they have everything you need to have an amazing stay. I didn't think it would be worth the price, especially during the weekends but it is quite a unique experience, I wouldn't hesitate to come back during weekdays.

There's better places for the same cost. Check in was terrible (no one answered the locked front door for 5 minutes - we were given no code to enter the building). The place is rundown and not getting maintenance. Hot tubs were not working.

Nabil was great. The hotel itself was super clean and in a great location, a short walk away from the metro and shops. Jacuzzi was closed (maybe due to rain or something not sure) so we were a bit disappointed but other than that the spa and sauna was such a fun time. We will 100% be back!
