The service and staff was wonderful for my 4 day stay. My only very slight complaint was that the AC wasn’t cold enough. Overall it was a great stay, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient.

Rented two rooms and both rooms had spiders and other bugs crawling around. Hairs in the bathtubs and on top of one of the beds. Grout was coming off in the showers, and the shower head in room 101 is horrible. The pictures on the website are really deceiving and make the place look 1000 times better than it really looks. However, the staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful.

The staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. It is an older hotel that needs a bit of TLC (re: carpets, fixtures in bathroom, paint on the wall, etc.), that being said our room was very quiet and clean. Valet parking was very convenient. We will book this hotel again when visiting Montreal.
