Parking was good, near amenities. Check in very friendly and welcoming. Beds firm but seem comfy, internet works well. Bathroom has fan, which is nice. No microwave but there is a mini fridge. No elevator to second floor so lugging up luggage is a bit hard.

We booked 7 rooms for 3 nights and Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff. I chose your hotel expecting a standard of hospitality and customer care that was clearly not met. This situation significantly impacted my overall experience and is not what I would expect from an establishment of your reputation.

Pleasant stay

Overall I was very happy with my stay here. Not really any complaints but I couldn't say excellent because I would have liked either stronger water pressure in the shower or a shower head with multi spray choice. That's my personal preference though. It was fine but I like it a little stronger especially for hair washing. Only other thing was that there is no elevator which I understand because it is only a 2 level hotel and that is not mandatory to have but carry luggage up can be difficult for some especially if they aren't aware of this beforehand. Was something I hadn't thought of when I booked but certainly wouldn't be a reason not to go back. Ron was comfortable and spacious and bed was comfortable.

very satisfied with the condition of the property and the excellent service in the lobby, breakfast area and housekeeping. could have used a grab bar in the shower as we are elderly and find it helps to ensure that we are secure when moving around in the shower.
