Overall, an okay hotel, but not good. The staff were very friendly during the check in/out. Breakfast was pretty good (sausages, eggs, toast, bagels, waffles..), but the room was very crowed and few seats. The room had some damage on the wallpaper and there was a black stain near the bathroom door (mold?). The balcony was nice and the room came with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival - and also gave amazing dining recommendations. The beds were SO comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. It was nice to be able to park our car with the hotel - but it wasn't onsite. A plus is that they have someone drive you to the parking location so it is easy to find when arriving and leaving.

Good friendly service. Enjoyed the hot breakfast included. However, the room and corridors were shabby. Carpets and drapes were old and tattered. Pillows needed to be replaced. Room was clean so shabbiness was no fault of housekeeping.

The hotel is old and run down. I had to park my car at the Holiday Inn one block away. The friends I travelled with found bed bugs so received a room change. Although the hotel is on Crescent Street and was near all the action, it was very noisy for someone trying to sleep.

Location is the only thing this place offers

The location was great, and that's where it ends. The hotel is dated, our entire floor (7) and room (701) were musty, the wallpaper and carpet in serious need or replacing. There were blood stains on our curtains and carpet. The air conditioner worked but was incredibly noisy. The hide-a-bad has a two inch mattress which made it so that the springs were digging into your back. We were given only decaf coffee in our room, no sheets for the hide-a-bad, no soap, not nearly enough towels for three people. The elevators were slow and cramped. The breakfast was ok -plastic like scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, yogurt and cereal. There was no parking available, but was within 500m of a metro stop (Peel or Guy).

The place did not have parking. The parking is a third party valet. The valet did not give us all the info. After making a payment for 3 days he tells us that we have to bring back the car to him by 8 or park it on the street EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR IT. The room was clean but the comforter was torn. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Great price to stay downtown! The room was clean, and there were good options at the breakfast buffet. Almost everywhere we went was within walking distance of the hotel. Only issue was that the room door was not completely pulled shut after maid service one day. Would stay again.
