The staff were very courteous and friendly. They were both helpful and professional. The property itself looked in desperate need of some tlc considering the nightly rate was not cheap in relation to other hotels. My room was clean but the linens were stained. Because it was a shorter stay there was no maid service. There was only 1 working elevator for the duration of our stay. There was no parking at the hotel itself. The staff offered valet parking , but you cannot go in and out once parked. The staff directed us to additional parking, but it was not affordable. The signs at the parking garage were not clear and a 2 day stay with overnight parking cost $49. On the plus side there are many options for eateries around the hotel and within walking distance. Would I stay here again? Probably not simply because the hotel wasn't conveniently located, or worth the price that I paid.

The one elevator has been down for a very time. The girl at front counter said it might be years. The remaining elevator is tiny and very slow slow If you go anywhere in a hurry, you need to leave at least 10 minutes early. We were on the 11th floor and stairs were not an option for everyone in our party The mattresses are disgusting. The bedding is so overstretched it didn’t cover it properly.I had to keep making the bed to cover the stained mattress. Our hides bed did not have bedding on it.i had it delivered, it has rips in it, I had to make it myself, again The mattress was disgusting. Breakfast area was not stocked properly and filthy. Apple juice was water no waffle mix. The positive I can say is that the front desk staff were lovely, and the location was convenient I should say that we are not fancy people and have stayed in hotels motels and so on, I have never left a poor review.

Average wait time for lift is 15 mns. The other one is out of order. The lift is also used by hotel workers. The blankets are torn. Cleanliss is very poor. The location is excellent.

Do yourself a favor and stay away
Oh boy! Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in North America in a very long time. Good news first: the receptionists were friendly and helpful (especially Yogesh). The breakfast workers were also nice. But that's about all I can say for good things. Simply put, this dingy hotel should not be more than $99 a night. The rooms were so dirty: candy wrappers, coffee cup lids, toothpicks, and crumbs were in corners of rooms and under furniture where the cleaning crew clearly had not vacuumed. When I folded out the sofa bed I screeched in horror at the stains and dirty and immediately folded it back! The carpet was damp and moldy and emitted a pungent smell. One of the 2 elevators was out of service so guests had to wait upwards of 10 minutes to get to and from their rooms. Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more a night to stay somewhere better. This hotel is run on a shoestring budget and is just so run down and nasty. I travel a lot for work in Asia (rural areas of Burma, India, and Thailand) and this is the kind of hotel I would find over in those areas, not in downtown Montreal!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. When we checked in, we were informed that room service would be provided every other day. However, on the scheduled day, our room was not cleaned. When I brought this up with the front desk, they told me the cleaning was rescheduled for the next day—the day we were checking out! This lack of basic service was incredibly disappointing, especially given that we were staying with kids had expected a certain level of care.

There was a musty smell in the room but otherwise it was fine. One elevator was out of order all week which made it difficult especially in the mornings. Appreciated the breakfast included but dining area too small especially during summer with full hotel. Hotel rate was reasonable..
