Well located to walk to the Bell Centre. It’s an old property that has been updated somewhat. Elevators are very small and slow. Our room was not made up when we arrived but the staff quickly moved us to another available room. Rooms are big with a love seat. Coffee maker was great. Shower had hot water immediately and had great pressure. Breakfast was good for continental.

OK for business but for comfort

It was alright for one night the continental breakfast buffet was cold I've had better in other hotels.. Plus no amenities like pool or gym etc.

Good hotel

Great proximity to Bell Centre & Metro. Rooms were clean. Minor maintenance needed, such as wallpaper peeling in spots in room. Overall, enjoyed the stay, beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

No parking on site as advertised, just a few blocks away. Sheets & bathtub were dirty, there was a lot of hair on the sheets. We were given flat sheets to change it ourselves. I would not recommend the Location young family especially at night, we arrived late from our flight. Every night I got woken by people outside or coming in from their night out. If you’re there to party then it will be a great location for u because bars are just door steps away.

The best way to describe our stay was that the management and staff couldn’t give two hoots as to whether the guests have a good stay or not. From the moment we were offered astronomically priced valet parking, to the non help offered to located other parking when we refused to pay for that… all the way to the filthy bedroom with an outside door left wide open and a sofa full of surprises. It was genuinely an exceptionally weak performance from the management and staff. To top it all off, during an extremely busy breakfast service- one poor lady ran around unable to keep up with the service, while a group sat in the office and behind the desk checking their cell phones. As someone who worked in hotel management for ten years, the laissez faire attitude and lack of Pride that exists throughout the staff and hotel genuinely made my blood boil.

Great spot for a night at the Bell Centre

Perfectly situated for an overnight stay after a night at the Bell Centre - comfortable, near lots of restaurants and a four minute walk from the show. The valet parking is a little strange, but your car is warm and secure for your stay, so overall a good deal.
