Even though a crowd from an Air Canada cancelled flight was waiting in the lobby, a separate attendant welcomed me and got me checked in expeditiously. I loved the clothes steamer in my room (in place of iron & ironing board. Very quiet floor provided solid rest. My room was immaculate and had all that I needed. Love being a Bonvoy member!

Disappointed

Have been staying here for 15 years when traveling for business without issue. Actually came with our family this time...a used towel was left up in our room, and multiple times had to ask for enough towels to cover us. We were always left with less. Plus this is the only Marriott I stay in across Canada that doesn't give a water bottle in the room..
