The check-in counter staff were unprofessional. 1. Did not clearly explain where to park and on which floor. 2. Did not tell which floor the room was on. 3. Did not mention the room number but wrote on the envelope as a number, which was not clear whether it was number 4 or number 6. Had to go back and ask again. 4. Did not explain whether there was breakfast or not and what time it started and ended. 5. Did not explain whether there was Wi-Fi for customers in the room or not. 6. The first time we met, they did not say hello, just nodded for us to walk over.

This facility is great, the area is so beautiful. Everything you need is at walking distance. Only one down aspect is the gym, very poor in term of machine to lift weights.
