We were greeted so warmly by Eve or Evelyn (if I'm not mistaken) upon arrival at the hotel. She was at the front desk that time. She was really nice, accommodating and very helpful. We asked her if there were restaurants around the area that we can go by walking. She gladly went out to show us the direction we should go. She has such a friendly demeanour. All the interactions we had with her were positive. I must also include the other receptionists that we spoke with during our stay. They're all kind, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service, Eve and the rest of the receptionists! Plus, the place was clean and smelled good.
