This hotel is just decent

Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is renovated. AC is older and loud. No breakfast service on Sundays at the hotel restaurant.

The room is beautiful with a good design and spacious however the room service is astonishingly poor. I can accept they change the sheets and towels every other day but they just take the tips without making the bed or emptying the trash cans.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist, Harold was incredible. The room is okay nothing to brag about, the washroom was dirty found lots of hair on the floor; however, given the staff was very friendly all shortfalls can be looked past.
