This is a great location and nice property. Overall a nice experience. Our room was fine but we had a horrible noise from the heater or A/C unit mostly heard through the evening . Also I was placed in a room near the elevator so it was somewhat noisy hearing the elevator and at times the guests. Great food and nice cocktails in the lounge. Shopping mall had delicious food as well.

Over all is great.
The bed is super comfortable, so I slept really very. Room was always clean. All was great, but I had only one big concern that the air conditioner van was terrible dark, let me feel don't want to breathe in that room.

Our stay was mostly great... The elevators were really slow the first day as it seemed that only a few were working; we had to wait 5-10 minutes before one arrived. Frustratingly, on occasion it was too full to get on. You couldn't take the stairs either given that room keys wouldn't open different floors except to the main exit outside. All was good the next day, however, so I'll assume it was a rare event. The pool is a good size & actually has a decent deep end.

Had to change to 3 rooms due to the bathroom being broken. The ceiling was leaking in the first room. The bathroom tube is completely clogged. Room service was not available during my entire 5 day stay due to the strike. Had to throw out my own trash and get towels from front desk.

Excellent location- close to the bus and the metro. Also with a plethora of shopping and dining options nearby… even a grocery store in the underground mall area, which was incredibly useful! The hotel itself was quiet, clean, and perfect for our family’s first time to Montréal. Very walkable to Old Montréal.
