Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, but we did notice a few areas for improvement. After the first day, the quality of housekeeping seemed to decline. Specifically, the carpet was not being vacuumed or cleaned thoroughly, which impacted the overall cleanliness of the room. While the rest of our experience was pleasant, we hope the hotel can pay closer attention to housekeeping standards moving forward.

The room was spartan and unremarkable. The lamination of the shower tray was pealing off and showed poor repair of grouting. The walls were thin and we could hear the family next door who were up at 5.30 am. The room was over priced. Better value at Philips square, Bonaventure and Marriott Courtyard where we have stayed before. Very disappointed

The state of the Hilton was OK. I would give it a three on 10 we were asked to get upgraded to a room with a bathtub and they refused. It was her first experience at a hotel and we were there to celebrate our anniversary and my girlfriend’s birthday so was pretty disappointed when they refuse. There were also a lot of noise in the hallways which didn’t allow us to sleep very well since there was a lot of noise in the hallway lots of kids running and screaming. They also only left us two towels in the shower,small towels. Lastly, we had no body wash. We washed ourselves with shampoo not great!!!

i think the location is great. It's in downtown Montreal and very lively. Close by and within walking distance are a lot of Vegan restaurants. Staff was a so very nice and helpful. Overall a good experience.
