Réception que ce soit l'arrivée ou le départ, service pitoyable. * J'ai le regret de ne pas avoir lu les reviews avant, toute rénovation qui était dût à être fais n'on jamais été fait.. (c'est-à-dire, rideaux de douche trop court donc l'eau sort partout sur le plancher, la clanche des toilettes réparer avec du tape noir, les jets du bains non fonctionnel, la peinture écailler, des lumières non fonctionne et la chambre est déjà sombre à l'avance... de chaque côté du motel il y a de gros parking... Donc en plus de la médiocrité de la chambre et du service, l'intimité est aussi nul..

Nice surprise

Nice surprise. Ok so not everything is new, but for the price, it beat our expectations. Mini fridge, comfortable bed, keurig machine in the room. Most importantly it was very clean which is always the main priority.

Had to turn the heat on myself in -11 C weather

I arrived in -11 C weather. There was no light on outside the front door of my room, but most others did have a light. When I entered, the room was very cold and the heat was off. I had to turn on the baseboard heater then leave for a few hours. When I returned it had warmed up a bit, but I stayed under the covers. Eventually it was warm enough to be comfortable. The electric baseboard heater made a humming noise non-stop until I shut it off in the morning. The TV remote control did not work at all. The front desk told me the maintenance guy would have batteries but he was gone for the day, so I had to use buttons on the cable box. The front desk also tried to turn on the light outside the front door of my room from the front desk but did not succeed. Maybe the light bulb was burned out. Finally, the pillows were so flat, I had to scrunch them up to be comfortable. I will say the room was clean and did not have an odour. I was looking for a cheap room and got what I paid for. I would have at least expected them to turn the heat on a few hours before arrival so I don't show up to a freezing cold room.
