Very clean. Owner and cleaning lady helpful, professional and kind. Family-oriented, at once popular and quiet neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There was a problem and the owner resolved it promptly, efficiently and with kindness. The only concern I had is that the walls are quite thin and when the neighbours walk in the hallway, it sounds like they are in your apartment. OK in the daytime but not so good if they go to bed late or have to get up early in the morning. Just depends on your neighbours' schedule. Bring earplugs, just in case. I kind of got used to it once I knew I was safe. I especially loved the clothesline!!

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Subway (Metro) is just in the corner, walkable yo botanical garden, Olympic stdium, Bioderm. Very quite and safe neighborhood even at late night. Room are super clean. Check in and checkbwascreally easy and smooth.

The Only Choice
My only choice for Montreal. Comfortable, clean, great place to stay! Location is excellent, a block away from the PIE-X Metro station but still in a quiet area. Glad I got a chance to stay here again!

Nice location.
Good location in Montreal. Close to the public transportation. Botanical garden. Bio dome. You able to walk to there. Not need to rent a car.

The property is very spacious and clean however it was advertised that it is an air conditioned unit but the AC (just namesake AC as it felt like a fan, not cool enough) is in the living room and both the bedrooms didn't have any ventilation or any cool air coming in. One of the fans provided was not working and there was no response when we requested for one so we had to use the futon to sleep at night instead of one of the bedrooms. There is a cooler in the kitchen which was pointless as it didn't direct any cool air to the bedrooms. It will be very hot in peak summer.The apartment is in a space with limited parking so beware of finding parking as street parking fills up fast. The heat dampened the mood of the stay else it would have been good stay.

Well worth the extra distance.
The apartment was very nice and location perfect right across metro and Montreal stadium. Easy entry. Our only issue is that in the semi basement unit, the noise from above floor occupants is loud and prevent me from sleeping. Parking situation is perfect with neighbour renting space.

The self check-in and check-out makes it a discrete accommodation option, as you won’t have to interact with reception staff. The room was renovated, modern, with comfortable bed and bedding. Nice, new bathroom, but no TV.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the train and walking distance from the botanical garden, biodome, and planetarium among other parks. Instructions to get into the building and room were clear and the place was clean and well maintained. We rented parking in a neighbor’s driveway around the corner as the property suggested, which was convenient and inexpensive. My only note is that the front door of the building didn’t consistently close/ lock properly.

I liked that is was 2 bedrooms and very cozy and clean. You have to really pay attention on where you can and can not park on the street.The hotel does offer a number to call to reach out to them if you have questions about the parking.
