We stayed for 5 days. The location is convenient and the included breakfast is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness could be improved, the staff only made the bed and took out the trash, but didn’t vacuum the floor or always restock essentials like toilet paper or trash bags. The bedsheets were changed once, but they looked quite old and worn, and the bathtub was clogged. Also, the hotel is just a block away from a homeless area, so the surroundings might feel a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, it’s fine for what it is, a barely 3-star hotel, although it claims it. Quality and Price didn't match.

Great location and friendly staff

Nice clean room with kitchen facilities and everything you require including plates etc. Had to turn off the AC as it was very noisy but that caused the room to get warm. Incredibly noisy outside, bin emptying in the middle of the night and the appliances in the room also made a lot of noise. Having said that we had just come from the UK and our sleep sequence was out which probably didn't help Location is great for Old Town and at the edge of China Town. Short walk to the action.
