Sadly the area around the hotel was trashy. Lots of homeless, which is not the hotels fault. Our room was very nice but horribly noisy with a freeway below it. Two nights of listening to traffic is not fun.

Had a pleasant stay for 5nights for first visit to Montreal. Easy to get around and close to many places in the city. My only negative is the road noise. It’s noisy.. especially when they are clearing snow. But the constant highway noise all night can be a little much. But the hotel facilities and staff and overall location is awesome

The building appears to have been recently renovated—it looks modern and clean! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite for three nights over Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, offering easy access to both the old town and downtown areas. However, there was a minor service issue: the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain when we arrived. Thankfully, the hotel provides 24/7 assistance. Even though we arrived late at 11:30 PM, we called the front desk about the missing curtain, and a staff member promptly came around midnight to install a new one for us.

Hotel is good and very clean the suite was very nice. The Only downside is they do not allow the tap to pay and I had my credit card the does not charge for foreign fee saved on my Apple Pay. Not for outside walking there not much to see in the neighborhood.
