We were supposed to have flown up Friday AM from Halifax for the 4 Nations Face-Off games on Saturday, but flight was cancelled and no other flights until Sunday were available. So we drove from Halifax and let the hotel know we’d be late. Upon arrival, the front desk staff knew our story and greeted us with kindness. Inside the room on our bed was a handwritten note signed by the staff, with a welcome basket. Our two nights there were excellent.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! it truly exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to everything I wanted to explore. I also have to mention that I accidentally left some of my belongings behind after checking out. As soon as I realized, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and arranged to have my items shipped back to me at my location. Their prompt and thoughtful service really impressed me. Overall, this was hands down the best place I've ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be back!
