the property in overall is good for short stay and it is located in Dix30 shopping center. the main issue is the noise! which really bothers and the blinds do not cover the whole window so you get the sunlight in the early morning! so for 300$ per night it seems expensive and overpriced.

I have stayed at hotel bonaventure, holiday inn and they do not compare to Quartier Dix30 hotel. Free parking, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance is amazing. Very clean, friendly staff this will be the only place I stay each and everyone I come to Montréal
