Overall we were extremely happy. Only note would be about the pool deck. Getting to and from pool from pool chairs was literally a game of the floor is lava.

The family gathered in Montreal for a three day birthday celebration with our room close to other family members in the renovated wing. We arrived early, our room was not ready and we went briefly sightseeing returning an hour later when we were assigned a room on the other side of the hotel currently undergoing renovation. Our room was definitely in need of renovation, the air conditioning needed attention and our room was next to others undergoing work starting at 8 AM every day (noise, paint, etc.). Two days after we left, the entire wing was sealed off (photos attached). Our accommodations fell short of expectations.

This hotel is a fantastic oasis in the downtown city of Montreal. It has an incredible swimming pool to lounge around with a drink surrounded by nature. Lovely areas to sit relax and or read a book beside a little man made river while watching Ducks swim around. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. We had a really enjoyable breakfasts here too. Easy walking to sight seeing, restaurants and shopping. This is an amazing hotel.

The pool was fantastic! Very nice area to hang out in. It’s too bad you can’t bring in your food and drink. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Front desk is slow and navigation to your room is frustrating at first. Restaurants were very good! Overall a great stay and would stay here again.
