Perfect Location
This hotel occupies the top two floors of an office building directly across the street from the train/metro station. The outdoor pool and hot tub is wonderful and the area is beautifully landscaped (think grown trees on the tenth floor). Truly indescribable! The breakfast is very nice and the service staff is excellent.

The Good: Convenient downtown location, world class high gardens/recreation area. The Bad: Suite offering a welcome, charm, ambiance and warmth of an IKEA warehouse. The kitchenet has full compliment of cupboard and drawers and absolutely NOTHING more: no spoons, no extra cups, no wine glasses, NOTHING not even napkins. Only a solitary coffee machine, microwave and tiny fridge. NOT even glasses for the bathroom. All this surrounding by white wash hospital walls with no adornments whatsoever.

We love the hotel and its prime location and lush indoor garden patio which created a serene atmosphere for our trip. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, adding to the overall positive experience. However, we did encounter a rude bartender who consistently made our interactions unpleasant. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were wonderful, demonstrating great hospitality and attentiveness. Despite that one drawback, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its many great features.

Public parking was under the hotel. An entrance to the underground city was across the street. Every staff we spoke with, was personable and wonderful. Jade took the time at check-in to provide several great restaurants, shopping areas, and hotel amenities we may like.
