Worst room in hotel
Room on first floor beside lobby, ice machine and behind elevator. Can hear all noises. Window facing exit door where people went out to smoke. Could smell smoke in room. Terrible experience.

the front desk guy is not patient all the time if you ask a few more question, he has no emotion at all and disappointed that he could be working as a receptionist representing the hotel, facility is quite old and carpet is bit smelling

We stayed 1 night at Hotel Brossard on our way to Toronto. Check-in was quick and easy after a long day of driving and the staff was excellent. They were deep cleaning the halls as we went to our room and it really showed the level of care and attention at this hotel. Our room was fabulous. We ended up with a Junior Suite and it was massive, clean, modern and updated. Breakfast was included and was your standard hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, little potato hashbrowns, toast, bagels, tea, coffee, etc. Nothing to write home about but it did the job. The area was easy to get in and out of. We will stay here again and would highly recommend.
