The hotel’s location is excellent for tourists. However, there were a few things I didn’t like: Mandatory deposit: A $200 deposit per room was required in case of smoking, which felt unreasonable. We are non-smokers, and it seemed unnecessary. While the deposit was refunded immediately at checkout, no one even checked the rooms. Housekeeping: During our three-night stay, no one cleaned the room or provided fresh towels. The hotel’s rule is cleaning once every three days, but because we arrived on Monday and left on Thursday, no cleaning service or towel change was offered at all.

So hotels . Com didn’t have the best reviews and I believed I was staying at an ok place. Well I emailed the hotel prior to staying because trip advisor said that the place had bed bugs and I tried to get a refund. The hotel emailed me stating they don’t and are clean. We ended up staying there I had two rooms booked 508 and 514 . I seen that it was ok somewhat clean and I tried to make the best out of the trip. As we were about to go to bed on day 1 there was a bug crawling beside the night stand. I recorded the whole thing and showed the videos and pictures. It was only in one room, they said they were gonna give us our money back but then this morning they said that he wouldn’t give anything back that they’ll get lawyers to contact me. Don’t stay there if you don’t have to.!! Add

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is outdated but good value for the money. The area is very convenient and fairly close to main attractions. Very friendly and professional staff!
