Well about the property the communication was good and so was the breakfast. But other than that the hotel was too old, dirty, weird and also parking was not clean and no stairs from parking to upstairs or any level.

Property is central located not in best of neighborhoods just be aware of surroundings. Amazing comfy beds, kitchens very handy. Typical continental breakfast very fresh croisasants and good coffee. Rooms quiet and large loved mo carpeting. Front desk very communicated. The downside is their parking they are renovating but extremely tight fit. First level reserved for staff second level only accommodates 4 cars third level couldn’t get my car around corner and it’s only a small crossover. They do not recommend parking outside. Overall would rebook when in area

The staff is wonderful: considerate, felt at home! The go the distance for their clients as they did for me. Thanks so much! The kitchenette is exactly perfect for me . Someone has paid attention to the details that travellors need ! My room and floor was quiet and spotless . The location is near pockets of homelessness but it is up to the city and province to provide more harm reduction resources, housing etc. to give these people support . I myself find the atmosphere generally lively , especially with the university population . I love that Labelle street or avenue is like a cul de sac . Yes, there are poor folk in the area but this is the big city and it is like that often in NY etc. Also, the breakfast is amazing in that there is something for all and for me, lots of basic proteins. Such a pleasant atmosphere every morning. I have no complaints , because even if something needs adjusting etc., the staff is there to help and obviously they care about their clientele. Thanks to Matt and all at front desk!

Nice hotel in Montréal
The hotel is significantly upgraded and has a good price to quality ratio. It's conveniently located near the Berri-UQAM metro. The mango bits and bagels for breakfast were nice. My only complaint would be that the bed is too soft.
