The day included continental breakfast, which was nice. The hotel is in a great neighbourhood as it is walkable and also has a metro station right by the hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was that they never cleaned our room. Like any other hotels, you usually take off the “Do Not Disturb” sign and they will come in to clean your room and replenish towels, however at this hotel, you must provide a verbal request each time you want anything. When we checked in, we were never told about this “request”. Some of the staff were nice but also encountered some rude staff members. I had missed breakfast one morning and asked if I could grab some spreads (jam, butter, cream cheese) so I can use it when I go out to buy my own bagels for breakfast and she had a mean attitude when I asked.

Staffs are supper helpful and welcoming, breakfast are great , they have the best croissants in North America! Carpets are quite old and a bit smelly which I think due to the winter conditions (snow from the shoes) and requires frequent deep cleaning

Property was great, great location and very quite area, but very close walkung distance to Old Montreal. Lots of culture in area. Only thing we noted that the TV volume was locked out, but was very low and very hard to hear. We had a kitchenette, very clean and everything was great. All staff were very courteous. Thank you for a nice stay.

It’s an old hotel but near by everything and have all kinds of services that you need for. The price is quite good for the area

I like that the room is large and has a little kitchen area with table and chairs for two and a two-burner hot plate, little fridge, & sink in the kitchen. There's no carpets, it's just tiles in the kitchen area and laminated floor in the rest of the room. There's a desk with a chair and there's two chairs for sitting and watching TV if you could get it to work. There's plenty of windows and lights. I like it, It's just that the area isn't very tourist friendly. There is a park at the end of the street when you exit to your right, but people are hanging around there so that was a little intimidating to me as a solo senior woman. The included breakfast was nice, the croissants were really good.

Really good stay

Checkin/checkout was super quick. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was super comfortable. Receptionist staff was super friendly. 1 minute walk to Berri UQAM station and downtown. Super close to Saint Catherine street and restaurants. Only bad thing was lots of homeless on the Labelle Street, which didnt feel safe at night. I ran from the metro at night, but other than that, great stay.

Nice rooms, bigger than expected which is always a nice surprise. Breakfast was limited mostly coffee, croissants, bread and cereal but still appreciated. And there's many breakfast places nearby should you need more than that.

Eastern Canada trip

Great location across the road from Berri-UQAM metro station, the link for 3 lines across the city and also the 747 bus to the airport. Great room, very comfortable to relax after a day exploring the sights.

Overall great hotel for families, close to metro, st-denis street. Would stay there again no problem. The only problem out of their control is the construction around the hotel and the building is old.
