It’s ok

Breakfast was great, with a buffet-style setup and a different protein option each day. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our first room had a very strong cleaning product smell, so we had to request a change. The in-room coffee cups were a bit inconvenient since the lids didn’t fit properly, making it impossible to take coffee to go. The hallways often looked messy, which gave a poor impression. During our 3-night stay, fresh towels were never provided automatically—we always had to ask for them.

Roast beef and Italian sausage were served with breakfast, cheaply designed bathrooms with no fan, hand towel rack fell down multiple times, body wash bottle leaking into the bath, bath plug didn’t work, no ice machine in service, elevator made a huge clunk when going up and they allowed homeless people to sit and smoke outside the main entrance. Staff were great and very helpful when needed but overall not a great experience.

Breakfast served with expired food items ( ketchup). When pointed out to the front desk they said it is not there issue, talk to restaurant. When showed the expired product to restaurant people, the lady behind the counter became very rude to us and hide the bottle immediately and denied existence of any expired item.

The room was open, spacious, and clean. The hotel was very clean and neat; despite the outside area looking a little worn; i was pleasantly surprised. I would have loved more variety in breakfast items, and the kitchenette faucet pressure was too intense (kept making messes), and the shower pressure was too low...but I would definitely book again and recommend to others

The property looked recently renovated and the bed itself was very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and honored my CAA card discount. However, you have to cross a very busy three lane street to a very sketchy parking lot. Also, it took way to long to reset a blown fuse. I had to get ready in the dark as there was no power in the bathroom.
