Best hotel in Montreal old located in old montreal. Amazing rooms, very professional staff. Great dining options within blocks. Very safe. also a 5 min walk to the big ferris wheel which gives you a beautiful view of the entire city. Highly recommend

Two Minor Items
The hotel was generally very good. Mama Cs is very good. Two minor complaints that create a small negative impression. We had to pay for fresh brewed coffee in the morning. The vast majority of places we stay offer free coffee in the morning. The bath towels were fairly small and thin. Not a huge item, just goes against a feeling of quality.

Someone called me from the hotel last minute to say they couldn't accommodate my reservation and they had to move me to another hotel. They did absolutely nothing to compensate for the inconvenience, and did not give me an option of what to do. I booked the Nelligan because I really wanted to stay there. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome, especially given the price I paid for my room.

The hotel is in the heart of Old Montreal. All the recommendations from the hotel staff for meals, drinks were excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.
