We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The reception was pleasant, and we were given our rooms right away, even before the check-in time. We were pleasantly surprised to fun the room quite spacious, with everything clean, and organized. The coffee machine, and the coffee pods, were an added perk. My husband requested 3 more pillows and was given 4. We ordered food delivery, and it came right to our room. The washroom is a little date, and the hotel is located in an odd place, but otherwise a great experience.

The service was great. But my television didn’t work. AC wasn’t great. And my front door didn’t lock. I placed the ironing board in front of door because I was afraid to fall asleep. I didn’t sleep at all.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on their website, they'll show you only their best rooms. Not shown on hotel apps is that they are renting rooms by the week and by the month for the cheap. Lots of tenants looks like they are unemployed and that their only activity is to smoke in gang around every doors. The feeling of this hotel is more of an halfway house than an hotel. No breakfast included with the room. No microwave in the room. Rooms are in poor conditions. Shower was so small that I couldn't wash my feet with my head bumping in the wall in front of me and my butt on the wall behind me. Pillows were thinker than my luggage. Restaurant is convenient but not good. Ok for a night if you don't have alternative. Not the place to stay to visit Montreal and to relax.
