The Omni in Montreal is centrally located. It is easy to get a taxi or an Uber. There is plenty of staff to assist as needed. There is a nice small bar. Rooms are spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful quiet room as per our request. We were given water bottles and received a call an hour later after arrival to see if everything was okay. That was much appreciated! The best bed and bedding ever. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff at the reception desk and the concierges were really nice. I thought everyone had a good personality. My only issue was with the bar area, but this may be a different management. The bartender was nice, but the last day of our stay he wasnt there. 4 people were trying to serve 6 or y7 tables and it was a disaster. The pasta was terrible and cold, one young waitress kept walking by and couldnt help anyone, and there was no real bartender. Every drink order took forever.. That was august 17th.
