Unfortunately, TV wasn’t smart and we couldn’t use it for live streaming channels. I highly recommend that a hotel great like Foos have to upgrade appliances

Its in the downtown nearby restaurant and shops. Things that really not acceptable is their wifi has no password so it means is a open connections to every guest so none of us in our room able to connect in their wifi because of the poor connections,we only stayed for one night and the aircon is not functioning very well and the following day there's no water for the whole hotel and when Ive asked if there's any way they can give us any bottle of water they said they cant do that becaus of the policy for green things about environment I fully understand about the concern but when they said is emergency thats make no sense that you can do anything for the guest in emergency situations they replied that they cant do anything but to wait to fix the water line.This is not acceptable when they told me that the thing happened as well two years ago so if that's the common scenario why they don't have a back up plans for emergency. This is truly dissappointing for travellers like Us with schedule to followed.

Nice Hotel

I booked this hotel last minute, but it turned out to be better than I expected. The location was convenient for getting around by Uber. The room was clean, and there were various pieces of workout equipment, which made it great for exercising. However, some of the equipment, like the gym balls and machines, seemed quite old, so a bit more attention to hygiene and safety would be helpful. There was also a sauna, but it was very small—three people inside would make it feel quite cramped.

The property looks great from the outside and the reception looks amazing and well maintained. However, the rooms need major renovations. My room smells and the shower curtain needs to be washed or replaced. Also, the elevator on the other side of the building needs to be upgraded. It was too small (could only fit max of 3pax with luggages) and takes forever to travel between floors and there are only two floors above ground floor. Also, the elevator door would suddenly shut and was caught several times. Other than the above, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The water refill stations on each floor were a great addition, which is greatly appreciated, to the hotel amenities. I also love how it was free parking and there were plenty of lots to park conveniently. My overall experience with this hotel has been great. I highly recommend for the hotel to renovate their rooms.

Old decrepid laminate floors in the room- old abused furniture-old fridge , a rather unpleasant feeling coming in the room - it was an overnight stop over but I would never recommend this to anyone!! But one commending thing and important- clean bed and bath ! Very old hallway and elevator!! Staff ok,not the most pleasant - I mentioned to the front desk what I thought about the room but did not get any comment, wallpaper coming apart at some seams and patched in places, some mold on caulking at front of bath tub , took pictures of everything- canmot comment of facilities - had no desire to see any of them

No towels on arrival. Room phone did not work. When we requested towels at reception desk, only half were delivered while we were out for supper, and that delivery person left our door open! That is a cardinal sin for any hotel. We were furious. We were long time customers of Ruby Foo but we won’t stay there ever again.

We were only there for two nights. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Free parking a total bonus and well located. Negative was the error made to my Visa card for the hold on hotel. Instead of $200 or $250 (not quite sure), They charged $751.72. I know it doesn't go through (hopefully), but I was very annoyed about the error. Front desk apologized, but I was not impressed. I have no idea how they arrived at that number. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
