Didn’t meet my expectations, hotel is outdated. Air conditioning is really loud. Wasn’t the cleanest of beds. There was cobwebs in the room.

Great respite from the RV during our trip to QB

The room was clean, furniture well maintained, all appliances worked, parking lot was safe to park our 20’ RV and SUV for 2 nights. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot which was convenient to be open until 10 PM. The breakfast was tasty although as Americans ‘baked beans’ for breakfast was odd but it’s Canada so tried it and wasn’t bad with sausages. Wife is usually picky about hotels and she liked it.

We stayed two nights and booked two rooms for two families. Both rooms had very strong smell of sweat and it was the cleaning lady of the third floor. We saw her next morning cleaning the rooms on the third floor and passed by her. Told the supervisor at the front desk and they were already aware of it since so many people already complained about it. No fans in the washrooms and pool is ok. It’s a three star hotel. Shouldn’t be charging so much. Furniture is old and one of the room light wasn’t working in our room. Blackout curtains were off the rod and hanging. No upgrade has been done on this property. Food is ok but service was slow on the weekend as we had to wait more than half an hour for eggs. Good food options near the hotel. Grocery store, Tim Hortons and restaurants. Starbucks only 7 minutes drive.

This is a budget hotel. We stayed here because it has a pool and breakfast. The rooms were what justified a three star review. The air conditioning unit was old, very noisy and would stop for a few seconds and then start up again. This disturbed my husband's sleep. The towels were small and thin. But again, this is reasonable for the price we paid.

Upon having a shower we were standing in 4 inches of water, water was not draining. Upon our return to our room , the towels were still sitting in the bathtub, the room had not been cleaned and the bed was unmade. Never will we return here.

The toilet was clogged. The staff were expecting us to repair the toilet. They gave a plunger to fix the toilet. Jonathan who is one of their receptionist would have done a better job without being rude.

Staff was courteous, but they didn’t have enough clean towels. They only gave two bath towels for a family of four and I was asked to get 2 additional ones in the morning. When I asked in the morning, they only had one available. They also didn’t have any clean towels for the pool. The room was clean except for a piece of glass on the bathroom floor.
