Very nice hotel and perfect for anyone wanting to explore the more touristy places in the city, lots of restaurants around, old port is a reasonable walk away, quite a few metros and buses surrounding the area. I will definetly be coming back here when in town

Great location, friendly staff. Valet service was not available and had to park off site which would have been nice to know before our arrival. No housekeeping services unless you requested (which is unusual) so make sure you do that when you check in.

We booked this hotel for two nights, from August 26 to 28. When we arrived, the reception area was dirty and unwelcoming. The rooms looked completely different from the pictures online. The staff was extremely rude and didn’t even greet us properly. In the room, the fridge was not working. We had bought a box of ice cream from a nearby grocery store, but unfortunately, it all melted and had to be thrown away. Overall, we had a very disappointing experience and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hygiene of this hotel is extremely poor. The bed linens had blood stains and were full of hair, and the walls were covered with many dirty marks. After reporting these issues, no one responded or tried to resolve the problem. Very disappointing experience.

When we arrived, our room was not ready, so we waited about 20 minutes. We were told that they were short-staffed - because it is their busy season - so we would have to request room cleaning the day before we wanted it, or no cleaning would be done. When we got to our room, the fridge did not work. They brought us broken fridge after broken fridge, until finally the 4th fridge worked. We were told that they had a basement full of broken second-hand fridges that they repair as needed. When we complained about the fridge situation, we were given free breakfast that was valid only on the following day. Anytime we needed something (e.g., the fridge replaced), they took about 20-60 minutes to do it. There was often no one at the front desk, and a sign that said: Back in 5 minutes. The bedding was odd - a duvet between 2 straight sheets - and pillows that were very large and firm. The room was okay, but a bit rough around the edges. The location worked well for what we wanted (we were there for a music festival), and the layout was ideal for 2 friends who wanted separate rooms. So overall, not bad, but lots of room for improvement.

The hotel is in a great location for the downtown an china town areas. Parking is not as advertised (no valet parking). Parking was included in our room rate but only honoured after contacting expedia, who were very helpful in resolving. The rooms were a geeat size but tatty and only superficially clean. The view from our room was amazing but superficially the furniture, walls and floors chipped and stained. The breakfast was disappointing anything other than tea or coffee is extra (no orange juice) and no cold meats were available as advertised. Additionally restrictions such as 1 croissant per guest were in place which spoiled the experience a little. Staff were mixed, some helpful, others nonchalant. Overall okay but go elsewhere for breakfast.
