Issues I had were noise from the park - music pumping every evening from 5 pm - till after 10 pm. Was so happy to leave this place due to noise. Also felt ripped off - as I forgot my deordorant, and unlike many other hotels who provide complimentary items like that in case you forget them, this place charged $15 for a small stick of deordorant. When a customer feels ripped off is when you lose them

Room was very clean and well-appointed. Lots of towels and the pool area was great! Neighbourhood is a bit rough but typical I guess for an urban center. Parking was very tight and a bit pricey but we were glad to have parking available.

Nice hotel, clean great view from the 15th floor also wonder views from the sauna, pool was very cold so we didn’t stay there for long. Breakfast was good, large selection. Shopping and entertainment was all in walking distance.

The hotel was luxurious and very spacious for me and my friend who were staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful with helping us get settled. Easy pool access and amazing security. The hotel breakfast buffet was immaculate and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your looking to stay in the downtown Montreal area.

The hotel was beautiful. It was very well maintained and clean. The shower was awesome, the pool was really nice and the buffet breakfast for $11.00 was so good. The staff there were very polite and helpful with any questions we had. Everything we wanted was within a 30-40 minute walk from the hotel. The only reason the area around the property did not receive a 5 was due to the amount of homeless people in the area. That is of no fault to the hotel but just the sad state of the economy everywhere.
