The property is lovely and the area is improving. Lots of construction, but it's getting better. Close to downtown and old montreal. An excellent bakery in the same building. Love it here

Amazing Experience

Check in took a little while as the gentleman was dealing with a costumer who wanted all her rooms on the same floor, but after about 10 minutes another gentleman stepped out and took care of me. he was friendly and efficient and very welcoming. the suite was roomy with an amazing view, was very clean and cozy. my dog and i felt right at home. room service was quick and the quick bite i grabbed at the restaurant was delicious. the 24h hour gym is a great bonus and has good equipment. i can't wait to come back in the summer when the terrasse and outdoor pool are open 👌

Staff was not really friendly. I would expect based on the prices, that breakfast would at least be included but everything has a price I suppose.. It seems like everything was an extra charge (including the minibar) even though you’re already paying above average prices. Overall a good modern hotel. Front desk could have pretended they cared and been more friendly, but can’t expect much from people in this region.
