Nice hotel. Check in slow

Very nice hotel and lovely room with great view of city. Check in said 3pm on my voucher. Arrived 3.20. Only one receptionist and a queue. At 3.40 got served to be told room not ready and check in 4pm. Would call us. We parked the car as advised. Levels 9 to 12 underground so quite a long way. Two elevators with a lot of luggage. No call came so asked again and it seems we had been forgotten about. Disappointing service from top hotel. Should be more than one person serving at check in time. Room was lovely with good view of city. Large room and bathroom. Small fridge. Safe. Desk.

We enjoyed the hospitality from concierge, Luis and reception staff. We let the reception know that the room was dark...not much lights from lamps and the reading small light on topof our beds did not work but no one came to fix it! Otherwise hotel was clean, was in a convenient location and comfortable

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. Amazing service and great walk ability to key attractions in Montreal (downtown, old Montreal, and old port). I 100% recommend staying here. I didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel but it was pretty full each day. Great restaurants all around the hotel so I spent my time outside.
