Not worth the money

Additional room for in-laws was not ready despite arriving at 5pm and check in is available at 4pm. Valet car park insisted the car was too tall and may not be able to fit in the parking garage. No where did it indicate car height restriction. Room is outdated, pool is very small (max 10 ppl only) and no hot tub. Lobby is the only area that is nicely renovated. Front desk folks and pool staff were pleasant and accommodating to our needs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We don’t normally do valet parking but in this instance it was well worth it. The area in front of hotel can be busy and there was not a lot of public spaces in the parade below hotel. For the additional price, we found the valet service to be great. Buffet breakfast was included in our package and we enjoyed it. Good selection and tasty!! Not sure I would have paid the $37 pp if it wasn’t in our package but we did enjoy the convenience of dining in the hotel first thing in the morning. Best location!!! So easy to walk to everything. Overall a great stay

The hotel was wonderful. The restaurant was wonderful. The bar is wonderful, it's a little expensive. The rooms are a little bit dated. We stayed in the ambassador suite. It was very nice, but dated.Needs to be remodeled.
