A good place to stay. I was directed to off-site parking across the street that was adequate, but despite following procedures the parking lot gave me a warning and I could have had my car towed. The hotel management and desk staff were surprised and graciously gave me a spot to stay (no charge) and I received a call from the hotel manager apologizing. All staff went above and beyond. Superb customer service!!

The property was super nice and walkable to Old Montreal and the port. There were stores close by. The room was super clean and nice. It had a mini kitchen suite. We had rented a car, so I was looking for a hotel with parking available. The website mentioned available parking (which presented as it was free), however, there was a cost which was quite expensive.

Very pleasant hotel. Super comfortable bed. Good ameneties in the room, including a kitchenette. The only minor shortcoming I could mention is a bit of difficulty in figuring out the T.V. Couldn't open a guide to find our favourite nightly news program. Not a big deal!
