Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet, and extremely well located for visiting old Montreal. I'd have no problem recommending the property. Our only complaint is that they wanted $50 just to check-in one hour early. Not a real problem, and I'd still recommend the property, just a heads up about this issue.

we had trouble to get the key. The bed was not changed, disgusting stuff in it. There was problem in the bathroom the floor in the bathroom is full of holes. For a suite at this price it was really deceiving

Great location. Beds had wonderful duvets and pillows. Bathroom sink space is small for getting ready but that’s the only little complaint. There is a parkade very close to the hotel if you don’t want to do valet parking but you need to be patient with the tight parking and driving in it.

What a groovy place to stay! First it’s in a fantastic location easy assisablly to all of the old town. A short walk to the bus and subway, which takes you everywhere. It was very clean and the room we had was huge. The bed was comfortable. Would come back definitely.

The location was amazing in the old Montreal. We were unable to get any regular french channel on the TV like Radio Canada, TVA, etc. and the staff could not, or did not want, to help us. The decor was amazing and fun, and the lobby was perfect to relax and have a nice cup of coffee. Excellent breakfast and staff at the restaurant very nice.

Old historic building filled with beautiful art pieces, friendly helpful courteous staff. Bar was not as stocked as we would have preferred- We booked a King premium room at same time at same price as our friends. They were given a king suite we were not.

The location was perfect- I could walk to much of what I wanted to see & the metro was easy to get to. The lobby is a bit overstimulating & the hallways are full of art but my room was an oasis of calm. All the staff I interacted with were friendly & helpful. My only minor complaint was that I wish breakfast options extended to toast or a Montreal bagel. Starting my day with that much butter in the pastries on offer would not be a good idea. But there are many breakfast options within a 2 minute walk, so this wasn’t really a problem.
