The assistance provided by the front desk when we arrived. We were advised to proceed to the parking as there was the possibility of a 300$ fine for stoppingin front of the hotel even to unload any luggage.

Horrible staff

Attitude of the staff was aweful. Asked the barman to turn off the loud bangra music he was playing. His reply was " it's my bar and I'll play what I want". We walked out. No staff lift so guest lift used ti mive laundry up and down over the prority of guests could go on and on. Generally made to feel we were an inconvinence and bother to them. Left place after 2 nights into a 3 night stay just had enough of the place

Staying here was a first rate experience. The price was very good considering the facilties and the proximity to City Center. Parking was very convenient. Everything in the room was fine. Definitely recommend this property for a multi-day stay in Montreal.

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a show at Centre Bell and visit friends. Staff were very helpful any time I approached them and very friendly - helping me out with an early check in because of my flight arrival and even providing me a razor (carry on travel struggles). The hotel is about a ten minute brisk walk to Centre Bell, 20 minutes to Rue St Catherine/Rue Peel and 20 minutes from Bagels on Greene, a delightful cafe. There is also a handy grocery store ten minutes away. The area is pretty dead late night which is a slight downside if you're hungry. The only real negative I ran into was the vending machines not only being cash only but also being broken. A bit of street noise late at night but surprisingly even a room by the elevator was peaceful. Would stay again!

The location was excellent and the room was a good size. But the room was not as advertised so that was misleading. The room was not well stocked. We had 3 guests in our reservation but only 2 large towels, the kleenex box was almost empty and ran pot whickly and not e ough toilet paper. The staff was not overly polite or welcoming. They did not set my parkimg pass properly so i had trouble leaving the parki f garage and had to re park, run back to reception and get a new pass. They didnt seem to care. For the price, they coumd work more on customer service. I would not recomend and wont be back.
