Check in was slow (new person training) and key machine didn't work. Bedspread had stains on it. Cleaning service knocked on the door and woke us around 9.30. Check out is noon. Parking garage ticket didn't work. Made another trip to front desk to get it fixed. Hotel is reasonably nice but staff is very average.

Generally liked Le Nouvel Hotel and its location. Only very minor and silly gripes: 1) I would have liked the availability of writing paper to jot down random notes on; none were provided; and 2) I prefer baths to showers, but my room only came with a shower. A bath is good for soaking away aches and pains after a long day of sightseeing!

The property is located close to The Bell Center and downtown. Public transport right outside the door. There was broken equipment in the fitness center. I told the front deak and nothing was done about it. Our bathroom door squeeked like a haunted house. Again, absolutely nothing was done about it. No hook on the bathroom door. Big pet peeve for me. Where are you suppose to hang things. Easy chair in the room also squeeked with every move. The hotel is ok if that stuff doesn't bother you or maybe for a 1 or 2 night stay. I was there for 5 days. I would not sray here again. Plenty of other options.

Central location with onsite parking
Great location, within walking distance (as long as you like a good walk which we do)of the old town and Waterfront. The beds were comfortable and our condo was clean however it was tired and dated. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy also. However, the reception staff and all staff we encountered during our 2 night stay, pwere friendly and pleasant. A convenient place for a stop over.

Everything was great with our room and the staff were very helpful. The only concerning thing was the recommendation by the front desk staff to take them up on their offer of an anti-theft device for our car. I had never experienced that before. Otherwise the facility was great and the room very clean. We would stay ant Le Nouvel again.
