It was my first time staying at this hotel and I quite liked it. The rooms were spacious, very quiet/soundproofed, freshly renovated, very comfortable king size bed and comfortable sofa included in the room. The bathroom was new and pristine with a great walk in shower. As for the location, I liked that it is slightly out of the hubbub of core of downtown yet accessible with being 2 blocks from Guy metro station. I would definitely book another stay

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. While the room was clean on the second day of my stay, it wasn't cleaned again until I requested it on the fourth day. Despite my request at the front desk, no one came to clean the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, I could hear a lot of noise from outside my room, which affected my comfort. The lack of proper curtains was another issue; there was inadequate coverage for the windows, which made it difficult to block out light and maintain privacy. Overall, the service and room conditions did not meet my expectations for the price.

I found a few roaches during my stay which made it awkward. I had to continue checking that my clothes, luggage and suitcases weren’t hiding any baby ones. Also there was big brown stain on the bed linen. The room size overall was great but cleaning needs to be a focus in order for me to consider staying at the hotel again.
