Friendly helpful valet. Front desk said they would call or text when room ready and never did. Mattress needs to be replaced. The perfume scent in the lobby is very overpowering. Great walkable location. Tv constantly buffering. Overall goos stay.

The property itself was great. There was construction surrounding the property at the time of our visit. All the streets leading to the property were blocked off except for one and there was only enough space for one lane of traffic, making it tricky and difficult getting in and out.

We had a very good time staying at Saint Sulpice. The facilities were high-quality and the room was huge. It was perfectly located to tons of shopping and dining and gives you an opportunity to get a great sense of the old port.

I love this Hotel and have stayed here before. Great location and staff. This trip unfortunately included our room directly adjacent to major street work. I think they should’ve alerted us to the situation but frankly shouldn’t have sold the rooms in this particular location - or if they do should’ve been highly discounted. But really appreciate the very welcoming dog-friendly staff! We will return.
