We usual stay here when visiting Montreal. This time round we were a little disappointed. We had a loft goon on the second floor that faced the main road. We had a window that did not close properly and found it very loud all night. They fixed the window the next day, still noisy.Then on Sunday in the afternoon we had a sewer smell on our room. They responded quickly addressing the smell however there was a bubble forming on the ceiling above our toilet. They fixed it however the next morning it was back. Not sure why we had so many issues however they did try their best to resolve the issues.

Definitely a must stay when in Old Montreal. Arrived super late and they were really accommodating. The renovated rooms were absolutely beautiful. There is construction going on around the hotel that should be ending in December 2025 but it didn’t really cause too many issues. Just some street detours and noise during the day.

Hotel was beautiful, well maintained and great location. Only issues were that the tv did not work correctly and that our room was 2nd floor above the street and there was loud noise in early mornings from truck deliveries. The staff was responsive to issues with the tv.
