Spent 5 nights with extended family-so happy with our choice. Loved the valet parking, which was a reasonable price. Five of us stayed in 2x Queen loft-so spacious and excellent kitchen. Having the extra half bath was also so convenient! Highly recommend, we will be back! Great value for money and amazing location! The breakfast room does get busy, but decent choices and staff help to move people through-we had no problem getting a seat or a tray to come back to our room! No complaints!

The staff are the real gems of this place. 5 stars for everything, but special shout out to the people that make this place wonderful. We shared lovely moments between our young family and almost every level of staff member. Our boys said they wanted to live here forever ❤️

Very comfortable stay in downtown Montreal. Easy to get around the area and also to get to Old Montreal by bus/uber/walk. Comfortable bed and pillows. Silent at night which was a surprise as we were warned about potential construction noise however the work on the adjacent building was being conducted internally and therefore noise to the outside much reduced from months ago. Plenty of places for breakfast/lunch/dinner in area and also noted breakfast available at the hotel which is probably included in the room rate. Thanks to staff, very good.

I was attending a conference at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth but I was looking for a more economical option. The only con to not staying at the conference venue is the walk back to my hotel late at night. Thus my comment about being “sketchy”.

The hotel is beautiful. I was quite curious to see the Old Brewery Mission information given such a prominent place near the front desk. I will leave it for others to ask but impressed that the owner sits on the board. Given the fact it had space I took it to mean a reflection of the owners values. Kudos

Myself and my 3 teenagers had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very spacious and clean rooms, rooftop balcony and indoor pool were excellent. The breakfast is very good and well organized for the large amount of people there. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The only downside was breakfast. The dining area was very small and overcrowded, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. The food was just okay—not bad, but nothing special. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay again, but we hope the breakfast setup improves in the future.
