Fabulous Hotel

We had a terrific time. The front desk is helpful and kind. My friend couldn't charge her Apple phone and they lend her a cube to charge it. The room is comfortable. We appreciated the kitchenette. The bathroom accomodates someone with a disability. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. Its a perfect place to stay.

The room we got was recently renovated, and I really like to the bathroom, curb, less shower, classy, faucets, and heated bathroom floor. There was construction going on including renovating close by rooms which we could hear as well as the workers were walking around, and there was a hose ran through the hallway, which was a tripping hazard. Would’ve been nice to be warned about the ongoing construction. Otherwise great place! Would highly recommend

I love staying in this hotel every time I'm in Downtown Montreal. It's such a perfect location and very walkable to so many restaurants, shops, shows, and attractions. Public transit is available as well. Very clean, spacious, and well appointed rooms and suites. Good breakfast. Nice pool, fitness room, and rooftop deck. Friendly and helpful staff. This is a very nice hotel in the center of downtown, just a stone’s throw from La Baie (the iconic Hudson Bay department store, which just closed). We booked there because it offered a suite that would accommodate our family of four (potentially five), which can be hard to find. Then when we arrived they upgraded us to a larger suite; it was bigger than some apartments I’ve lived in. Not ornate, but tasteful and spacious. And the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again, at least if we have need for that much space. Merci.
