We had a nice room in this hotel but we had issues! Our sink wouldn’t drain and employees spent a few hours trying to fix it to no avail. On our third day we had no Bath towels and on going down to the front desk I was given 6 hand towels as there were no bath towels! Also there were two bus loads of students in the hotel and hallways till all hours! The hotel added extra security guards but this only helped a little! This was a bizarre experience

Old furniture, lobby, elevator, poor services, poor breakfast menu, hotel is not even two star property Check in was good but start at 4 pm and check out at 11am no consideration of early or late check out No central heating system, wash room water makes too much noise even you can hear from other rooms and floors

Took almost an hour to check in watching some guy rub himself. Walked into the room the room stank. Went outside for a cigarette that night there was three rats running around outside. Central downtown so not quiet. Told the staff about it. They started talking about me in their language. Ask to speak with the manager so I can Lodge my complaints. And even though all night long there was people at the reception desk checking in or out whatever. I was supposed to go and wait and tell them all this the night before. The pillows were little itty bitty pillows on a king size bed that smells like very old man sweat. We went for breakfast the next morning only to find watered down apple juice dry bread and stale cereal. The color was off on the fruit loops. When asked where the Continental breakfast was. Was told that's what a continental breakfast is. Cost me an extra $60 to go and eat breakfast. Contacted Expedia. The hotel was playing games with them. I checked out two nights early. Because of how disgusting this hotel was. Never ever stay here. Unfortunately this was supposed to be a romantic weekend.

I checked in, noticed that the security latch on my door is broken like somebody had kicked it in. I went down to the front desk and told them and they said OK and basically ignored me. I have no choice but to spend the night with a chair propped up against the door.
