This hotel is great on paper but it's missing something, apart from the 2 older staff members, none of the staff smile. Breakfast was served with everything paper, paper plates, paper cups, wood utensils, have you tried eating a bowl of cereal with a flat wooden spoon? Why am I eating breakfast for 3 mornings with disposable everything? No waffle station and instead a container of pancakes which they just put on the counter, nothing to keep them warm. Out of orange juice, they don't refill fruit or yogurt. They have 2 coffee both of which are dark roast...should have at least a light breakfast blend. Pool is wonderful but 2 days of no towels...my shower towels were taken and never replaced so I couldn't take a shower on our last day and my son didn't have a towel to dry off with at the pool. On the subject of towels, could they get any smaller??? I had a room for 3 people, didn't have kitchen necessities for 3 so had to call down, did t have 3 bath towels so had to call down again. They say they have electric chargers for cars but I never saw it, a car had an extension cord plugged into the side of the hotel. We stayed at the Home2 Suites next door and that had everything this hotel was lacking, warm and friendly atmosphere, wonderful breakfast, clean and full amenities...the only thing they don't have is a slide.

The gentleman working around the pool area was absolutely wonderful. He was cheerful, helpful, and took the time to introduce all the hotel’s facilities in detail. He even helped me and my child improve our swimming technique. I’ve never met anyone who worked with such dedication and care. The hotel offers great value, a varied breakfast with plenty of fruit, and very comfortable beds.

Decent hotel

Decent hotel with pool, water slide and breakfast. Room on the smaller side for family of four. Near the airport and main highway but far from any of Montreal’s sights. Loses a star for sticking enough pool towels and closing the pool early on a hot Montreal evening.

Waffle is good option, I wish it was available every day. The lock system for the room (201) had issues and would sometimes not work/not unlock (not an issue with the card but the lock itself).
