Room was nice (not as nice as pictures), location was convenient. Reception staff was nowhere to be found when we checked in and doormen let us carry our luggage up the stairs without offering help or greeting us. Concierges were very nice and helpful.

great hotel, excellent location to enjoy Montreal

The rooms were very good and the service excellent. main opportunity was the club service (continental breakfast is serve there for our rooms), in the morning on the weekend they run out of food, coffee, bread, fruits. understaff to serve 40 customers. on the afternoon the food was impecable.

Very convenient location. We walked most places and the Eaton Center mall was like a 10 min walk. Ian (Concierge) was the best! He kept us up to date on festivals going on and suggested great restaurants and sites. He checked in with us whenever he saw us. I will be coming back next year and staying here specifically because of that attention to customer service and relations. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

Amazing gym and room showers

A great, centrally located hotel with an amazing large gym and an incredible powerful shower in the rooms. Has a lift down to the metro and Central Station. Would have given 5 stars but I had a blocked sink the whole time that I was there which didn’t get fixed.
