We found bed bugs at the motel and when we told the staff and showed them the proof with photos l, they denied to do anything about it. Their owner is very rude as well.

They need to improve their communication skills by giving the customer a tour and presenting all the amenities. e.g I didn't see any kitchen Our room had just a microwave and a fridge. It would be better if they could put an electric kettle with some tea or coffee — which costs $50. I asked them to give us some plates and cups which are available in all types of motels/hotels, but they sold disposable stuff to me. The area was clean and you could smell detergent (cleanness) in all the bedding stuff.

The 3 nights that we stay here we're really satisfied with the service, everytime we go out then we come the the room is clean they change the towels and empty the bins you don't need to ask for service. The room is a little bit outdated but overall were happy that we stay here.
