In pictures they show that they have hot tub and Swimming pool seeing that I’ve booked the hotel and when i checked in there is none of them and they say that it’s been 4 years they’ve closed it then why they are misleading there customers by showing wrong pictures

It was loud. The hotel was dirty with stains on the carpet. Random hairs on the towels & smelled terrible. The staff were okay and the morning breakfast was very limited. Not worth the price for the one night I spent waiting for my next flight.

I stayed at the property for a week for my first time in Montreal. Staff very friendly, and room was cleaned on a daily basis; which I very much appreciated after my busy days in Montreal. Hotel is very safe and clean. Also very close to bus stops which connects right up to the train stations of Du College or de la Savane which helped me to save tons of money on transportation. Overall would stay at this hotel again!

The room was confortable and calm, so though we found a stain on the blankets. The breakfast was really good, with many options including hot meals. The service of free shuttle was good too. All the staff was very friendly.

The hotel itself was great. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and hot tub have been closed for 4 years but on the hotels.com website it shows it is open.

The reception staff doesn’t even greet guest upon check-in which is one of their responsibility and he speaks fast seems like he is in a hurry in giving instructions(the way to the room and if what time is the breakfast and the location where you eat your breakfast)the room is perfect and the breakfast is excellent a lot of choices and it is buffet.overall is good only more hospitality training for staffs.
