Well, the TV barely worked, the WiFi didn’t work, and the breakfast was weird (kidney beans in a vat, not baked beans, is an interesting choice), but it is clean and in a good location.

Feels like the hotel is falling apart, you can't open the curtain blinds to view outside without being greeted by a colossal of dirt's by the window.. Feels like the window has never been cleaned over 10 or more years. The swimming pool change room very despicable, the lobby tiles also falling apart! The beddings are extremely dirty. We had to call for a change of all beddings and pillow cases immediately we checked in! Even the replacements feels like clothes' from rags! Very dirty and color already changed I believe what use to be white but now dirty cream. We had to throw all pillows on the floor and go buy new bed spread so we could atleast lay on the bed.

Proximity to a dining area with a big choice of restaurants, about 10-15 minutes by foot or 5 min by bus. Close to Namur & Plamondon subway stations (10 min by foot each). Room was spacious & clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was working with high water pressure (which is excellent). Hotel amenities were decent enough, but I wish they could be refreshed. You can easily spot signs of aged decor & furnitures.

Not so good experience

Stay was not good as rooms had water leak and had to keep moving 3 different rooms and still not the best for the money. Biggest issue at the place was parking, they don't have enough parking for guest to park and it showed parking is free but when you reach there they will charge parking fees. I requested them to do something for the inconvience and was told their manager will call. Have not receivced any call todate.

Although the hotel is only a 10-15 min drive from downtown, and close to most amenities, the neighborhood doesn’t seem great- really run down. The hotel itself had major parking issues for paying guests - and even though your paying for parking per night there were nights you had to park on the road because the lot was full, the rooms are dated, and the pool was gross. The water was cloudy, felt slimy and not well maintained - hair floating around in it. It was disappointing- likely won’t stay there again.

Fridge didn't work and spoiled all our food, we brushed it off as our stupidity and kept on. TV stopped working, brushed it off and kept on. Then we got kicked out of the room because it was leaking into the room below, after we were already in bed and almost asleep after a long day of adventuring. When we went to discuss with front desk the next day, we were told no one spoke English and were ignored. Expedia reached out and the hotel ignored them, we reached out after departure and were ignored. HORRIBLE. You are better off staying under a bridge. If negative stars were a thing, this place wins!
