Great location for where we were planning to go the next day. We complained about the smoke smell in our room immediately. Nothing was done. Understandable that the Ramada was full, however there are ways to compensate. When Ramada texted us about our stay, we sent complaint. No response. If you are going to text us how we are doing, please ensure a real person is at other end.

This place is basic with convenient location. It was clean. The staff was pleasant. The bed was good. The breakfast was ok. The AC/fan was broken and we finally just turned it off.

The hotel was clean and I especially want to commend the staff working at the breakfast buffet. They were very helpful. The food was very good. And they kept it very clean. The rooms were well made up and clean and the beds very comfortable. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Overall I had an excellent stay. I had a great clean quiet room and an excellent, excellent breakfast.It was quite a long walk to restaurants maybe over 17 minutes. But I would recommend staying here.
