Need to travel By metro to get to anything to do. Nothing around the facility, besides a metro station mall. Not many food options. Room carpet smelled bad, as well as shower was not clean.

The location was a major highlight, with a metro station just a stone's throw away - we could zip downtown in just 15 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Special mention to Mr. Alvaro, who checked us in with a warm smile and exceptional service. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. Planning to return next year.

The hotel was okay overall, but several things could be improved. The bathroom needed maintenance, and I was charged $40 for early check-in even though the room was already ready. The lobby only had a $3 coffee machine, and the $12 breakfast was not worth the cost. The location is next to a busy train station and shares the parking lot, which made it less convenient.
