It was awesome. Location, facility and their delicate service as well. Even though there was a construction going on next to the accomodation, they offered earbuds and white noiser in the room. Don't miss the rooftop and gym!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Sonder and will definitely return the next time i return to Montreal. The room was bright and clean with modern beauty. The studio was very spacious for just myself. I could actually live there permanently! The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed help. I loved being in Old Montreal which felt like Europe as well as being close to the St. Laurence River. My stay was very relaxing and I highly recommend Sonder Apollon!

Poor check in service. You have to doenload an app and enter a credit card to check in. This was not communicated in booking. Room was nice but woken up at 6:45 AM by construction workers outside. Had to park far from the hotel because of high auto theft in the city.

Love that we have access to full kitchen and washer/dryer in our unit(but dryer was not working). I applaud Sonders for catering to market who would like to bring the essence of home when we travel.

The place exceeded our expectations. Front desk 24/7. Area is perfect for just being on the outskirts of all the action. Allo Mon Coco is a 5 minute walk for an unbelievable breakfast. Highly recommend Sonder Apollon ...... you won't regret it !!!! One downside - no CABLE TV but no big deal in the grand scheme of things while on vacation.

This hotel chain describes itself as a better place to stay. That was not our experience. First, the securing of the booking with Sonder (after booked and paid for, non-refundable, with Expedia) was time-consuming, invasive (with respect to personal information & documentation) & frustrating. And unnecessary: when we arrived, the front desk looked after the usual stuff, e.g., confirming ID. The access to the hotel room is by way of a seven digit code. How is that better than a key card? Our room was noisy. I think it was the windows; even though we were on the 4th floor, there was a great deal of the street noise that came through. We had been given ear plugs when we checked in and there was a noise machine table on the bedside table. So this was clearly an ongoing problem for at least this room. All and all, a disappointing experience.

The front desk ladies were so very helpful. They helped me log in and showed me how to use the app - which I now love. They recommended a restaurant. Made me feel comfortable. The next day the gentleman was very helpful with late checkout. I really like Sonder now and will try to keep going to your properties around the US and globally! New fan!!
