Excellent location, modern apartments

We really appreciated the location of these modern apartments and subtle, classy furnishings. We found it very clean and appreciated being able to replenish stock at our convenience. We enjoyed the fitness centre and its views! And appreciated that we could sit on the terrace when we wanted to.

Need more towel racks and the shower should have a full door. The couch needs to be more comfortable. There was noise from the construction so you should be letting people know this on your site. Other than the construction it was very quiet. Nice modern design. More towels need to be given to visitors.

I love the room with all the amenities but the property lock of accessibility to go to the roof with wheelchair, even in the front side. You need to go around but no signs, you need to figure out. Stuff doesn’t care of your incapacity to open doors, even they’re sawing you fighting to keep the door open. Roof table was so dirty and no one was there to helped you to open the jacuzzi cover, or how to turn the sauna.

Great experience. Too bad there isn’t any reliable parking at the hotel or no “deals” with the 2 parking places they suggest are safe (ex: Palais des congrès). $30/overnight stay is a lot!!

The apartment was a great size and comfortably set up. We enjoyed the full kitchen and living room. The bathroom was a great design and everything needed was supplied. The location in old Montreal was perfect and central to everything.

A++. Such a gorgeous property from the outside and the inside did not disappoint. Centrally located, extremely walkable - this hotel had it all. When I first arrived the receptionist was not at the front desk. Fortunately after a few minutes she returned. She was not able to pull up my reservation with the confirmation number I had from Expedia. Thankfully I was able to pull up the confirmation number sent to me directly from Sonder. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it’s the first time something like that happened. She did not have my name on record. The good thing is that even if she did not return, the hotel did have a phone number displayed which I was about to call as they said they were available 24/7.
