Close to Concordia, right in downtown. Very friendly staff, easy access and well equipped rooms. VERY useable kitchen. Laundry available in room but I didn’t need it this trip. As some reviews say, the floors could stand a mopping for dust, but if you’re not rolling around on them it’s fine. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable apartment with large balcony. Bedroom was small--hard to move around in it. It's in the heart of the city surrounded by Concordia University and easy to walk to everywhere.

The beds were very hard, and the condo was very dirty. Right from baseboards, takes, old garbage, and hand prints on the wall (dirty hand prints). I tried to request a cleaning on the app but it’s not available at this sonder. I found it cold and asked for another comforter. They however don’t have extras. But the lady was kind and brought a space heater and flat sheet. (Thank you). There space was decorated nicely. Beautiful spot, and area. However due to cleanliness we wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t recommend.

Even though I didn’t enjoy Montreal as mush as I thought I would, the peak of my stay was the apartment. Sonder Maisonneuve is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The staff is warm and helpful. In addition, the check in and check out are so easy.

Unit looked pretty rough and did not feel clean. When i first walked in, the place was very hot and there were a lot of flies which was not making me feel good about staying there. Pretty rough street as well. Very dirty outside and in the surrounding businesses. Felt a bit better on the second day, after washing the floors myself and killing all the flies. Would stay in a Sonder again but not this location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonder. We made a booking error and needed to extend our stay an extra night. The Hotel was accommodating to us and found another room for the extra night. They allowed us a late check out of one room and an early check in to the new room. The rooms were both very clean and well equipped for our needs. The kids found the pool area to be quite small, but did enjoy a quick swim and float in the hot tub. As a first time traveler to the Montréal area parking was something else. We had to park across the road at Concordia. It was convenient, but a bit pricey.
