Great stay!

First time staying at the Sonder Maisonneuve. We were visiting family and really much enjoyed our stay. The unit was in great condition, had all the necessities we required for our stay and fairly clean. I had my 10 month old with me and Sonder was very accommodating. In advance to my stay, I reached out requesting a crib and high chair for my baby. When I got to the room it was already there waiting for me, it was great! While the crib and high chair weren't in the best of conditions, the staff were super friendly and checked for alternative options. The only negative feedback I would say is that the location is very noisy. You can hear everything! While Sonder does accomodate with ear plugs, we kept waking up through the night due to the noise levels.

The accommodations were modern and the appliances were new and in perfect working order. The unit was spotless. The staff were courteous, happy and professional. Automated checkin and checkout were excellent and well thought out.

Great location , lots of restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Walking distance to McGill which we went to visit. The unit we stayed in was immaculate very comfortable and spacious. Will stay again.

It was two minutes from the metro, there was plenty to see and do in walking distance, and at the end of the day, it felt like coming home. Access instructions were clear, and the front desk staff was amazing! Highly recommend.

This property was everything I imagined and more! My partner and I loved the room and the amenities. We also loved that the workers were helpful when you needed them. If you’re looking for a real hotel experience this may not be for you - but if you love a more independent stay with a bit of guidance when needed this place is an amazing stay! Would definitely go to other Sonder locations in different cities :)
