Quiet property over the weekend, great service, complementary breakfast, outdoor pool. Walking distance of cafe, Italian, Asian n more dining options. The road and abit of surrounding areas are under construction which hides the view from the bridge as well as overall aesthetics. Monday morning checking out did hear abit of construction but everything else including the price beats the minor inconvenience anytime. 9/10 will stay again:)

I chose this hotel because of its association with the spa which is across the street. Overall the experience wasn’t bad but there are definitely things that could be improved: 1. The tv didn’t work. They said that the service provider was down in the whole area, which seemed unlikely for the entire time I was there. They said it wasn’t their fault and offered nothing else. 2. Despite it being a non-smoking hotel, one day it smelled like cigarette smoke when I returned to my room midday. 3. The lighting in the halls is absolutely horrible. It is dark with blue track lighting that offers almost no visibility. 4. The continental breakfast was so basic and not replenished for the duration of the hours. What was provided (muffins, toast) did not taste fresh. 5. Construction - makes it difficult to access the hotel and noisy even early in the morning! 6. Bathroom was tiny, shower even smaller. 7. AC unit was extremely loud but if you turned it off the room was boiling hot. Some pros: 1. Bed was comfortable 2. Proximity to the spa. 3. Location on the river was nice and peaceful (when you block out the construction).

The parking while hard to get there due to construction was good. There was no decaf coffee and I reported it to them as that is all I drink. They explained their delivery never came however they did get me some for my stay. The staff went above and beyond expectations to make my stay great.

The room was ok, clean and confortable. Fan of the AC unit was set to high and couldn't be change, very noisy. One of the bead frame was making a craking and squeaky sound. Their was a loud family reunion between midnight to 1 o'clock in the corridor near our room. The hotel advertise that it's a non-smoking environment, not true, the swiming pool area and balcony's over the pool area, everybody was smoking. For are first time it was not a greath experience, hopefully if there is a next time it will be different.

I enjoyed my stay . The room was clean , breakfast selection was okay , wasn’t too happy with the parking situation as there were limited spaces plus construction happening right in front of the hotel. The hotel is localized near many places for easier access to stores and restaurants.
