This is a brand new facility and they are still ironing out the kinks. Staff is very accommodating and wants to help. The self serve breakfast offers a good variety of hot and cold options which are topped up as needed. Currently there is free guest laundry and it came in very handy for our family with children. We did experience some challenges with our accessible room not really accommodating the mobility needs of our family but the property was quick to assist in making our stay as comfortable and accessible as possible. We booked a suite and were very pleased with the amenities.

Wonderful stay at Staybridge. The staff are very accommodating and generous. The rooms are renovated, clean and come with great amenities. Very comfortable beds and we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Underground parking was a great plus and we felt our vehicle was safe. Will definitely return on our next trip to Montreal. Highly recommended.

Brand new hotel. Very spacious and luxurious. When I entered it looked like a fancy condominium in the lobby. Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby hallways still smelt new. It’s very modernly updated.

Perfect hotel

Wonderful hotel, so crystal clean that you can even smell the greatness! The room is so spacious equipped with a section that you can cook yourself a delicious meal and relax in a comfortable couch and watch television. Really better than most hotels for me. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, with normal 3 hot meals (bacon/scrambled egg/potatoes) seems a bit too less of options for such a beautiful hotel. The bananas were all black brown skins, sign that they are almost past due. Of course, there are cereal, milk, toasts, bagels, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, every normal things that you can find in a cheap motel, which don’t match with this palace hotel
